Resolved Question: Military retirement pension to ex spouse? (Fri, 26 Mar 2010 00:43:17 GMT)

My spouse just retired from the AF on 01 Jan 10. He just recieved his first retirement payment in Feb for January. Still awaiting to see if he is getting a rating for disability. His former ex spouse just served him this last thursday and file a judgement on him for no payments being to made her as of yet. DFAS informed him that she was the one that needed to file. Question, is the payment based at the time of divorce or based on his retirement check? Can they touch his disabilty if award
