Resolved Question: Thoughts on the 2010 Seattle Mariners?
(Fri, 27 Aug 2010 22:45:13 GMT)
Soon the Seattle Mariners will probably be the third team in baseball to be officially taken out of 2010 playoff contention (their "elimination number" is 8). They currently have the second worst record in the American League with 50-77 (.394). Its even possible that they could lose over 100 games for the season.
The Seattle Mariners are historically not that great of a team. Since starting in 1977, the franchise has a losing record with 2,511 wins and 2,837 losses. The Mariners have made it

I live in SW Florida where I owe $335,000 for a house surrounded by homes forecloure specialists are enjoying profits from selling at $125,000 (in much better condition than mine), and at least another thousand brand new unoccupied homes nearby. Flood insurance just became mandatory and rates went up.
I bought in '06, it was the best I could get then, but in very poor shape compared to the quality of currently available homes. It would take another $20,000 just to make it marketable to sell f

Nearly 21 years ago, a teenager named Marco Antonio Barrera stepped through the ropes for the first time as a professional with a simple philosophy, one that had nothing to do with his middle class upbringing, the looks that earned him the nickname “The Baby Faced Assassin”, or his dreams of one day becoming a lawyer.
That would all get left at the steps leading into the ring in Mexico City, and as he told me in 2005, what happened in combat was akin to entering a different

Resolved Question: My mom owns a nice trailer home in a retirement community in southern Texas.?
(Mon, 26 Apr 2010 23:32:04 GMT)

She doesn't have the money to move without selling, but she can't sell...and in the meantime, her husband is very sick, probably dying, and she's down there virtually alone. She tells me that she can't go through a realtor because it's a retirement community. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can help her get this place sold--or get her out of it in some way?

Surely, I can protect my retirement money and still get assistance of som
