(Fri, 10 Sep 2010 16:20:54 GMT)
I'm having a hard time translating a small intro to english, I have been using the dictionary every 5 minutes for spell checks but grammar is something i know little about. i probably mix future and past tense and sometimes it doesn't work to literally translate in the same order. So feel free to flip it around.

Soon the Toronto Blue Jays could be the eleventh team in baseball to be officially taken out of 2010 playoff contention (their AL East "elimination number" is 8, their AL Wildcard is 11). The Blue Jays currently have a winning record of 72-68 (.514).
The Toronto Blue Jays are historically an average team. Since starting in 1977, the franchise has a losing record of 2,661 wins and 2,700 losses. The Blue Jays have been to the playoffs 5 times, won 2 American League Pennants and 2 World Series (

Our country continues to be spit more religiously, politically, and economically, yet we have plenty of solutions to the problem, and most of them are ignored. These on-going problems are ignored because politicians need to lie to the masses for votes this Mid-Term Elections, and these very lies continue to drag American deeper in a black hole by using Keynesian economics, countless Stimulus plans they are only short-term solutions, and reckless monetary/fiscal policies.

Open Question: How do you feel about How Illegal Aliens Hurt America’s Senior Citizens?
(Wed, 08 Sep 2010 02:28:25 GMT)
Much has been written about the harm that illegal aliens cause to Americans, legal aliens, hospitals, governments, and others in the U.S. In this article, I will explain some of the ways in which the millions of illegal aliens in America hurt America’s senior citizens.
A large percentage of people in America’s prisons are illegal aliens. Illegal aliens who are wanted for crimes in other countries prefer to be in America where crime is more lucrative and prisons have nicer accommodations.

Resolved Question: What is it about countries like Norway or Denmark that drive Republicans up the wall?
(Sun, 05 Sep 2010 17:59:37 GMT)
These countries have the least income spread in the industrialized world.
Their education system is excellent, their infrastructure in world class (putting ours to shame), poverty is basically non-existent thus crime is very low.
Their health care is second to none and their people are not driven into poverty when they become sick.
They even have state "sex workers" who visit the elderly in retirement homes.
What's wrong with this?
Well Boogy, we are in debt worse than they and we have none

Resolved Question: Any famous, manageable duet pieces?
(Sat, 04 Sep 2010 20:32:02 GMT)
I play for the elderly in retirement homes around once a month and I'm having trouble finding new music. ):
I'd like a some famous duet/trio/quartet pieces that the elderly could recognize, like the Pachelbel Canon.
It's even better if it's pretty too.
I prefer an easy to medium (maybe even hard if it's worth it) level with ONLY violins, viola, flute or piano parts.
I consider the Pachelbel easy because I learned it in less than an hour.
Thanks in advance (:

(Fri, 03 Sep 2010 18:15:41 GMT)
Imagine your mortgage is worth more than the value of your home. You're a retired veteran with 30 years and service connected disabled with 100%. You have the option of selling everything and mailing the house keys to the mortgage company; moving to Costa Rica and living well off of your retirement for 10 years (which is the approximate amount of time it would take to fix your credit). Then, coming back and starting all over and buying a house at half the price......would you do it?

Personal income tax rates will rise. The top income tax rate will rise from 35 to 39.6 percent (this is also the rate at which two-thirds of small business profits are taxed). The lowest rate will rise from 10 to 15 percent. All the rates in between will also rise. Itemized deductions

Resolved Question: Is the current generation ready to center their careers around caring for the baby boomers?
(Fri, 03 Sep 2010 02:15:39 GMT)
1945-1964 are the years the baby boomers were born. So many were born that bigger schools had to be built, and there was a very high demand for college students to become teachers. It's now 46 years since the first baby boomers graduated high school, and they start turning 65 next year. Retiring on fixed incomes, having medical needs, dental needs, nursing home needs, physical therapy needs, there is a high demand for Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, Therapists, and within 15-20 years Funeral

I'm thinking of working at a retirement home. At first I looked at nursing home, but, God bless those people that can bathe and change their underwear, but that's not for me, so thought about retirement home. I'm very kind and compassionate and patient. I do not have a nursing or a similar degree - is that required? Can I just walk in and if the head workers like me, then I get some sort of training or do I have to have a specific background to work in a retirement home?

Resolved Question: Dysfunctional family?
(Wed, 01 Sep 2010 23:01:45 GMT)
My parents have been in Canada for 30 years. Surprisingly though, my dad has been unemployed for most of this time, and my mom has had 2 jobs, but currently both of them are unemployed. I have two older siblings, and one younger. So as you can see, our life style has been like crap. On top of that, we have all been emotionally and physically abused by our dad since we were kids. One of my brothers has been so broken down, that has given up on life. He doesn't go to school or work. Our parents
