Is there a list of medical conditions that Social Security has that lists medical conditions they consider?
a disability. I am a 31 y/o female with Neurofibromatosis Type 1, visual loss, optic atrophy, chronic hip pain that is caused by a tumor and chronic migraines caused by tumors. I have hardly worked in my life, so I don't think I have too many credits.

You need a good disability lawyer. I vaguely remember some requirement that you have worked some percentage of the time in the last 2 years in order to qualify. On the other hand, your multiple disabilities would definitely qualify you. So call a lawyer and make an appointment. Ask them what you should bring. Explain your work situation on the phone, as you may need a doctor's letter attesting to the fact that you can't work.
