My newborn is 4 weeks old. I'm nursing, but anxious to lose this weight. I lost it all plus 5 pounds with my first one in 5 months. I live in Arizona, so it is way too hot to walk/run outside, even in the early morning and late evening, so that option is out. We can't afford a gym. I know it is only $20/month or so, but we just bought a house and we will be holding 2 mortgages. Don't worry, we can afford that, but no extras like gym memberships till our house sells.
I am dieting, but I

I would like to hear from RNs currently working in Arizona preferably Phoenix to get on idea on what it's like to work at hospitals or nursing homes there. Can I get a job there as a new grad? As she advances in year I am concerned that this would be considered an asset of my mothers that could be seized in case something happened to her. Would a Quit Claim Deed resolve the issue and legal make the property mine. Would it protect the property from being considered hers in the eyes of the law to be used to pay for medical expenses (nursing home), death benefits, etc.
